I am a very adventures individual.  I love new cultures and meeting new people, which is how I got into the naturist lifestyle.
About Me
18 years old
I had a saturday off from work and the Plans I had fell through, so I decided to try something new. I then went online and found a naturist resort to visit, next I called them to make sure it was alright for me being a single male to visit, they said it was alright, and I got in the car and drove 2 hours to Turtle Lake Resort. Once I got there I received a tour and then the moment came where I had to take off my clothes, I took them off and walked around naked in a sort of shock, which lasted about 5 minutes. After the 5 minute shock, I completely forgot I or anyone else was naked. For the first time in my life I felt like I was truly expressing who I was. I felt equal with everyone else and any problem I had with my body vanished in those 5 minutes. The members of the resort were so nice to me that I went back later on that year. Shortly after that whole experience I identified myself as a naturist.
Finding Naturism in the GLBT culture
After I came out of the closet I still felt as if I didn’t belong in some odd way. When I went to Resorts I still felt out of place, I went through a short period of trying to find my way. Then I found Gay Naturists International. I decided to give social naturism one more shot, so I decided to go the annual GNI gathering. I was there no more than 10 minutes before I felt like I was home. The experience was so positive, I felt the need to share it with other people. At first I only wanted to find other gay people that would be interested in naturism, then I realized how important naturism means to me and how I would like to help other people find their place in this culture. Now it has become my goal to get other textile-minded people, especially my generation, involved in naturism.
